BackgroundIn February 2026, the Republic of Suriname has issued a Social Bond to finance eligible socialexpenditures and priority social projects.The Ministry of Finance and Planning (Employer), for the benefit of the Ministry of Youth andDevelopment now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the “Rehabilitation of artificial turf fieldsin several districts in Suriname”.Scope of Supply (Lots) Lot 1: The rehabilitation of the artificial turf field in Coronie and the construction of a new toiletfacility. Lot 2: The rehabilitation of the artificial turf field in Nickerie. Lot 3: The rehabilitation of the artificial turf field in Brokopondo and the construction of a newtoilet facility. Lot 4: The rehabilitation of the artificial turf field in Commewijne and the construction of a newtoilet facility.
